Saloni spoke about brains and language on a rainy Soapbox in Brighton. This was a great opportunity to raise awareness of Developmental Language Disorder, as well as engage with members of the public that might not have come to a typical science event. We had great questions about bilingualism, stroke, dyslexia and the impact of language problems.
It was also a chance to show off Saloni’s beautiful life-sized iridiscent brain, kindly printed for us by colleague and friend Andy Woods.
